Training and Support for Satellite Syringe Exchangers

Satellite Syringe Exchanger (SSE) are folks who distribute supplies and education to members of their social networks. We know that not everyone can get to SANE so we rely on our network of amazing SSEs to help spread harm reduction materials and education. To help, we provide all of our SSEs:

  • Opportunities to gain and enhance training skills

  • Space and opportunities to thrive in a support network

Medication Assistance Program (MAP)

Interested in changing how you use opiates? Our MAP program helps you get the care and medication you need to meet your goals. Here’s how it works:

  • See a medical provider once a month

  • Receive a buprenorphine (suboxone) prescription

  • Access to counseling and psychiatric care as needed

  • Free, no insurance needed
